      -Introdution is good…
-Points are well presented and well arranged…good attempt…
-However, our biggest hurdle is labour laws in this regard…so we also need to mention about bringing changes in labour laws…also encouraging new entrants in SMEs will increase job creation…more skill development etc…

However, your attempt is good…slight modification will make the answer an excellent one…keep it up…keep practicing…
      Marks awarded: 5.5/10

      Khemchand…your introduction is okay…
-The reason are a bit old…try incorporating some new ideas under reasons for failure…also mention…technology changes…automation of job…poor capacity of SMEs…problems in credit flow… etc…
-Possible solutions are good…also include…supporting SMEs, credit flow, tax exemption and ease of tax, ease of doing business etc…
However, your effort is good…and points are well presented…keep it up…keep practicing…
      Marks awarded: 5/10
