In Question 2, I think that the Statement 4 i.e. “This motion must be passed in both of the houses, as failure to get it passed amounts to the defeat of government.” is wrong because it is not necessary for the motion to be passed in the Rajya Sabha since the government is only responsible to the Lok Sabha and not Rajya Sabha similar to the no-confidence motion. Please reply if I am wrong.
