In the intro, mention that both countries are linked by universal values such as freedom, democracy, human rights, and the rule of law, which have been shared through a long history of exchange.
In the body, mention the strong strategic alignment between the two countries in the form of two-plus-two, support for ASEAN centrality, cooperation through Quad, collaborative ambitions could pave the way for an incremental but promising alternative to China’s BRI, closer economic and developmental partnership etc.
