In introduction, you have explained CSR..Next, you could mention the similarities between aims of CSR and NGOs and hence, the role of CSR funding in that direction.
Role of CSR is elaborately covered, however, you can also mention role of CSR in providing assistance in accounting facilities, financial analysis which is usually lacking in NGOs due to fund shortage.
In next part, you could mention constraints such as low fund allocation by corporates for organizational development, leaving NGOs with unpaid bills, token funding just for regulatory compliance etc
Money laundering, promotion of vested interests are more of issues that are caused due to people in charge, not because of funding. So, you can give a passing mention.
In way forward, pooling of resources, hiring NGO-specific top professionals could be mentioned. Other points are fine.
Again, try to end with a concluding statement. Also, since this is a 15 marker, content is a bit less, so above points can be easily incorporated.
