Introduction is fine, but after that you should explain a bit more about what is the issue at hand. Try to differentiate between scientific tools and scientific development. For example, AI is a scientific tool but what we do with AI is scientific development. While scientific tools are mostly value neutral, scientific development should factor in ethical considerations.
Examples mentioned are good…Some more issues like proliferation of nuclear technology(Hiroshima-Nagasaki example) can be mentioned..first 3-4 points can be combined under ‘data surveillance/privacy issues’..further, you can integrate with some more recent current news, for example, verdict on banning abortion in US…
