As per explanation, answer for Q1 should be ALL

Kindly read the statements carefully. The second option in the question says that those under trial are not eligible to contest elections. But the explanation says that those under trial continued to be eligible to contest elections. So option 2 is not correct.

But the Lily Thomas case ended the unfair advantage it says. So it means those under the trial are not eligible to contest elections
