Hi GK,
-There is no introduction in answer…you directly started with the changes…
-The points of argument are good and well written…however, these all can be subsumed in weakening of the liberal order…we can add more broader points like race for nuclear power, Nuclear Arms and rising hostility in the World, world becoming bipolar with China’s aggressiveness…etc…etc…etc…
-The conclusion could have been much better…with more holistic concept in it by mentioning the way forward…

Overall, good attempt…Content wise the answer is good…need to focus on framework of answer…like intro, conclusion…this will add star in answer…

Keep writing…will improve for sure…

Hi GK,
-First part of the answer is good…as you have criticized the MSP…and shown the benefits of Price Deficiency Payments…however, the demand of the question is to criticize…hence we also need to mention the issues in Price Deficiency Payments system…like…concern of the state as Agriculture comes under state list, comprehensive agriculture reforms are needed, i.e. e-NAM, contract farming, implementation of APMC act, linking farmers with market, improving supply chain and processing capacities and Agri startups etc…etc…etc…

Overall, good attempt…but need to focus on question fulfilling the demand on all aspects aspired…

Nice approach…keep writing…will improve for sure…

Hi GK,
-There is no proper introduction in your answer…case study should first be introduced…also the 1st demand of the question is How do the religious sentiments of people play a role in delivering judgments or affecting the official capacity of judges…religious do play a sentimental role among people especially in India and every organs of state should respect that sentiments however, that should not be at the cost of disturbing law and order and affecting the functioning of other organs…hence judgement based on objective observation…

-Also, please use third person (He, She, It, They, One…) in answering case study…this will show you unbiased…

-Also, as per the question there is a need to identify that which qualities of the judges are at stake…(refer our model answer)
-The concluding remark is good and well written…

-Overall, good attempt…need to focus more on standard structure of presenting case study…Ideas wise and content wise the answer is good…

Keep writing…will improve for sure…

Hi Shefali,
-Ideas in introductory line require more factual clarity…use of word bureaucrats does not suit here…we can use the police personnel…
-2nd para under ‘India’s stand on custodial right’ …freedom of expression U/A 19 seems irrelevant here…rather it should be Article 22 which talks about the rights of person arrested…
-Also need to update the content and ideas…like its not prevention of torture bill 2010 rather…The Law Commission has proposed a new anti-torture law titled “The Prevention of Torture Bill, 2017”….
-Also add the following points under reforms…Modernisation of criminal justice system is required.
Reforms in laws related to IPC, laws relating to prevention of torture, sensitization of police and improving its image is the need of the hour.
Modernisation of police investigation, modern forensic tools, improving human intelligence, area specialization etc…etc..etc…etc…

-Conclusion seems good…
Overall, good attempt…few more clarity in ideas needed…keep writing…

Hi Puru,
-Please pay attention to the word limit…also the number of pages used…because in the actual exam you will have limited space and won’t be getting 5 pages to write one 250 words answer…so restrict in word limit as well as use of page…
Also, mention the order of the page at above of below the upload (if it does not get uploaded in correct order)…

-Introduction seems poor…when the question involves both (MSP and Price Deficiency Payment) then the introduction should and must open with both the topics…it should elaborate both…
-Point 1 – it does not remove the role of private player rather due to more price and fixed nature of price the farmers tend to sell their produce to FCI…its more about allurement…if the same price is paid by private players they can also procure the produce…
-Point 2 – inflation happens not because of money supply rather more procurement by FCI and less supply of produce in market…its in other sense (supply side)…
-Point 4 on 3rd page…clarity needed why there is issue in WTO???
-Point 5 talks about Price Deficiency Payment…suddenly the points came in between the criticism of MSP…???shows lackness in logical arrangement of ideas…
-The criticism against Price Deficiency Payment seems good…
-Ideas in conclusion seems incomplete…

Overall, good attempt…content wise its good…too many ideas you have brought…but they need to be arranged in logical order…and also focus needed in structure…

Keep writing…will improve for sure…

Hi Puru,
-The language used in introduction is colloquial…need to bring maturity in language…also the ideas seem to be poor…Introduction should not contain your own philosophy…as mentioned by you…
Introduction should generally introduce the topic…like the above case involves the issue of a religious leader who got arrested in a criminal case and against whom the criminal proceedings are there before a judge. There are various stakeholders involved. Also, the various qualities of judges are at stake….
-Also we need to show how religious sentiments play bigger role…in affecting the judgement…
-Ideas not arranged logically…
Overall, the answer seems to be an average one due to its content as well as lack of logical arrangement of ideas…need to bring maturity in language…

Keep writing…will improve for sure…

Hi Puru,
Please mention the order of the page…
-Content wise your answer seems to be very good…however, you need to work on your language…maturity in your language required. Need to articulate language so that it avoids colloquial tone and with precise words everything is explained.
-Also the words should be written completely avoiding the shortcuts…see point 9.

The rest of the things are good…good coverage of points, well explained and upto the demand of the question…

Good attempt…keep writing…

Solid Waste Management is a term that is used to refer to the process of collecting and treating solid wastes. It also includes solutions for recycling items that do not belong to garbage or trash.
India generates over 150,000 tonnes of municipal solid waste (MSW) per day
According to MoEF&CC, 62 million tonnes of waste is generated annually in the country by the 377 million people living in urban India, the world’s third-largest garbage generator at present, out of which 5.6 million tonnes is plastic waste, 0.17 million tonnes is biomedical waste, hazardous waste generation is 7.90 million tonnes per annum and 15 lakh tonnes is e-waste.
According to the World Bank, India’s daily waste generation will reach 377,000 tonnes by 2025
Only 83% of waste is collected and less than 30% is treated
Solid Waste Management Rules, 2016 are applicable beyond Municipal areas and extend to urban agglomerations, census towns, notified industrial townships, areas under the control of Indian Railways, airports, airbase, Port and harbour, defence establishments, special economic zones, State and Central government organizations, places of pilgrims, religious & historical importance.
The source segregation of waste has been mandated to channelize the waste to wealth by recovery, reuse and recycle.
Responsibilities of Generators have been introduced to segregate waste into three streams:
Wet (Biodegradable),
Dry (Plastic, Paper, metal, wood, etc.) and
Domestic hazardous wastes (diapers, napkins, empty containers of cleaning agents, mosquito repellents, etc.)
Pritam all these data numbers and are impossible to mug up u can do it by pasting it from google but how can a candidate mug up all these its impossible

Hi Puru,
-You seems to be very hurry in clicking and uploading the image of the answer sheet. Please ensure that it should be properly uploaded…
-Again bring maturity in your language…
-Introduction could have been much better…
-You seem to be confined with the few points under India’s stand…bring more relevant points…
-Also conclusion could have been more comprehensive…
Overall, good attempt…but confined with limited points…
Keep writing will improve for sure…

-The rest of the points are good…conclusion seems okay…

Overall good attempt…well written…keep it up…
