You have written a decent answer. However, it looks very crammed, you can improve the spacing.
Introduction is good, however, if you add some data related to migration it will be better (such as-as per the 2011 census report, the number of internal migrants in India was 450 million).
Challenges mentioned are fine too, you have mentioned some goods, lack of livelihood opportunities(especially impact of Covid 19), non-maintenance of a proper database etc can also be mentioned.
In suggestions, capacity development and mandatory social security protection can be talked about. Remaining points are good, you can try to make the explanation of each point a bit concise.
Conclusion is fine.
