Introduction is good. Presentation is also fine.
In first part about how gig economy empowers women, first and fourth points seem to be same, points are good, you can mention about capability of gig economy to provide on-demand work, integration with WFH provides safety etc
In constraints, you can add points like exploitation, wage difference (gender inequality), lack of benefits like PF, insurance, maternity leave etc
Other points are good.
Conclusion is fine.
