First of all, don’t write the answer like an essay, make use of subheadings to address different parts of the answer, use points and flowcharts etc to improve presentation.
Introduction is good. In next part, your understanding is good, you can give a subheading- ‘opportunities for India’, then mention strategic importance, US-China rivalry etc.
To address the 2nd line of the question, you need to briefly write about role of various countries or groupings such as Quad, ASEAN, EU’ s Indo-Pacific strategy, BRICS etc in the region.
