That is the crux of the answer, talk about Land Boundary Agreement, summit-level visits, transboundary bus services, reopening of railway lines, and the revitalization of waterways are restoring connectivity, Indian government accepted the award of the international arbitration, opening of markets on both sides, increasing bilateral trade volumes etc
