Answer is good. Introduction is fine. Working has also been explained well. In issues,you can elaborate a bit under right to privacy, can mention it doesn’t satisfy the 3 conditions led out by SC in Aadhar judgement. Also, you can mention data protection concerns. Rest of the points are fine.
Way forward is also fine, you can talk of deterrent penalties in case of misuse/abuse of data by officials. Write a concluding statement.

Privacy part can be a bit more structured. Mention how it doesn’t satisfy the 3 conditions led by SC. Can do more harm than good, data protection concerns- can be misused etc. Rest of the points are fine.
In way forward, you can mention need of statutory authorisation for NAFRS. Also, you can argue for deterrent penalties in case of misuse/abuse. Other 2 points are good.
