Q. 4 You are a director of a reputed educational institution. A student of your institute commits suicide. You have come to know that mental harassment by the faculty was the reason behind the suicide. Revealing the reason for suicide could have severe implications for the institution and the rest of the students. However, sweeping the true reason under the carpet could result in the repeat of such an incident. Identify the ethical issues involved in the case. What are the options available to you?

Start with an introduction, stakeholders and ethical issues.

Highlight 3-4 options with analysis.

Mention a final course of action focusing on short-term and long-term solutions.

Good attempt.
In stakeholders you can also include the parents of the students.
Ethical issues involved part is good, try to keep it concise.
In options available, you can add some analysis in each option- what will be the result of action taken in each case.
Next part can be made more concise- you have put too much focus on ‘what’ will you do, but equal focus should be given on ‘why’ will you do whatever you do( justification for action taken).
Conclusion is good.
Keep writing. 🙂
