Which of the statements given above is/are Correct?

a) 1 only

b) 1 and 3 only

Ans. c

Explanation: MTCR is not a treaty and does not impose any legally binding obligations (therefore it is a voluntary and informal understanding) on member countries.

By, eliminating 3 and adding 2 we can reach to an answer.
