Question 1)

The outbreak of the First World War in 1914 gave a new lease of life to the nationalist movement in India. Elucidate.(250 words)

Question 2)

There is always a need for substantial scrutiny of bills by parliament committees. In the context of recent events of bypassing commitees, discuss their roles and suggest ways of strengthening them.(250 Words)

Question 3)

There is an urgent need for undertaking reforms in the spirit of the Kargil review committee to prepare for the challenges for the future. Discuss.(250 Words)

Question 4)

Answer the following questions based on the concept of conscience: (a) What is conscience? Explain the following quote with respect to that – “In matters of conscience, the law of the majority has no place”. (Mahatma Gandhi) and (b) How is conscience shaped by the education, law, and authority? What is the importance of conscience in decision-making?(250 Words)

Reviews will be provided in a week for. (In the order of submission- First come first serve basis). In case the answer is submitted late the review period may get extended to two weeks.
